- Please contact Dr Michelle Sheté via the General Enquiry Form whether you are enquiring about editing, tutoring, writing or any other subject.
- After you have sent your General Enquiry Form, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible, and you may receive a quote, a request for more details or a more general answer to your queries.
- Dr Sheté reserves the right to decline your business offer, not reply to your General Enquiry Form or withdraw an agreement for any unstated reason before payment has been made.
- If you have received a quote, you will be asked to make an up-front payment by a given date before services can begin.
- If payment is made after the given date, you may be charged an additional fee depending on circumstances. This is particularly relevant if you have provided a due date for return work. The additional fee will need to be paid before work can commence.
- The cost of all services will be determined by Dr Sheté according to the estimated time needed to complete the service you require. This will depend upon several factors as outlined on the Payment Page.
- Payments are to be made via the Payment Page. Services will begin after the correct payment has been received by Dr Sheté and assuming that a previous agreement has been reached.
- Dr Sheté reserves the right to cancel previous agreements if payment has not been received.
- Due to the nature of these services, refunds are unlikely after services have begun.
- If you wish to cancel an agreement after making payment, you must contact Dr Sheté within 24 hours of making the payment in order to negotiate the possibilities of a refund. If services have already begun, you may not be entitled to a full refund. If services have not begun, Dr Sheté will arrange a refund minus any money lost due to online transaction charges.
- If you have a reason for dissatisfaction, please inform Dr Sheté through the contact details provided to you after services have begun. You will be contacted as soon as possible and every effort will be made to ensure that you are happy with the work provided. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance.
- In most cases, clients will be expected to provide digital access to their typed manuscripts in order to facilitate editing, writing or tutorial preparation. If your work is handwritten, the process of editing, writing or tutorial preparation is likely to take longer and therefore be more expensive.
- Initial quotes are based on typed manuscripts, not on handwritten material. If you submit handwritten material, you may be asked to pay an additional fee.
